April 28 th to  June 30 th 2012 : 20 €
July 1st to  July 27th 2012 : 23 €
July 28th to August 26th 2012 : 25 €
From August 27th 2012 : 20 €

RESERVATION
To know our availability or to make a reservation the telephone remains the quickest and surest : +33 (0)6 84 60 88 08. You will have then 3 days to confirm your option of reservation by sending us a deposit payment amounting 25 % of the total cost of your stay. The balance will have to be paid at the latest 15 days before the date of your arrival. We accept all payment except credit card.

CANCELLATION
All cancellations that may occur within 15 days before the beginning of the stay will result in the cashing of your deposit. (art. L114.1 du code de la consommation). In the week which precedes the beginning of the stay the totality will remain acquired by the Villa Zenith if the place is not re-rented. A postponed arrival or an early departure will be charged in full and won't be allowed refund.

CHILDREN: No reduced rates   ANIMALS: Not accepted
